When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, company or venue, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry type and message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a suitable vending solution and manage related correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable. The privacy acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.

Storage and sharing

Website enquiries are transmitted to our business email using FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit and our email and hosting providers process information to deliver and manage your enquiry. We do not currently store enquiries in a website database. We do not sell enquiry information. Any sharing needed to progress a machine or servicing enquiry will be discussed with you. Service providers may process information outside the UK, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage related business discussions and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information, or object to its use.
